The elephant headed god Ganesh is the Lord of New Beginnings and the Remover of Obstacles – two things we all need a little help with! Sometimes it's on the mat, sometimes it's off, but Ganesh is always available to offer an elephant sized helping hand.

Learn how Ganesh got his elephant head, how he broke his tusk and how we can invoke Ganesh in our practice to help dissolve the blockages that we repeatedly come up against.

We will undertake a challenging and dynamic Jivamukti style asana practice, learn some Ganesh mantras, meditate on the dissolution of obstacles to enlightenment and set a sankalpa (resolve) for continued practice using Ganesh as the focus.
