We are pleased to announce that we now have on sale at Samadhi the new Yoga in the Community CD. A mixed level flowing yoga asana experience that includes meditation and relaxation guided by Samadhi Yoga's Katie Manitsas. They are $20 and all proceeds from the sale of this CD go to Yoga in the Community, supporting the wellbeing of at-risk groups within Australia.
Katie has just returned from an intensive workshop with Mother Maya in San Fransisco's Mount Madonna Ashram. She has come back inspired and excited by the knowledge she has returned with, she will be running two workshops on 'Understanding your mind', using ayurveda and yoga and tools within these including japa meditation. Keep an eye on the website for more info.

 Samadhi Yoga has recently won an award through Marrickville Council for environmental awareness and efforts to run our business in a sustainably and environmentally throughtful way.
Sunday 2nd December was our Christmas celebration...and one of the best parties Samadhi Yoga has ever had! Congratulations to the happy couple who got married at Samadhi in the afternoon, the wedding was followed by a vegan feast!
Congratulations to our kundalini yoga teacher Aleta (and her partner Fletch) who recently had a beautiful baby boy whom the y have named Sebastian. The whole family is happy, healthy and holy ... Sat Nam.

Sarah Owen just  got back from the US where she attended a Yin Yoga course with Sarah Powers (pictured with Sarah). Sarah will be taking this new found knowledge to hold a Yin Yoga workshop at Samadhi in September click here for more info.

Annie just gav e birth to her beautiful baby boy Louis, both mum and bub are doing well. We send them much love (here they are!) ...
There is a trend at Samadhi Yoga for having babies and getting married! Katie started early this year with her wedding and the birth of her baby Christos in April.
 Amelia just got married and Patty was her celebrant! We were all very excited to attend (see photos)!
